DELIVERY OR COLLECTION

Hoodies can be collected from Thornaby free of charge or delivered to your door (TS postcodes only) for £2.50 (just add one delivery fee per order, NOT per item)

As these products are made to order it can take up to 2 weeks for them to be ready/delivered.

REFUNDS & EXCHANGES

As these items are made to order refunds or exchanges for ‘unwanted gifts’ is not possible. Refunds and exchanges will be available for any legitimate faults/damage on delivery for up to 2 weeks after delivery/collection. We are confident however these policies will not need to be used.
