Fantastic trip to chester zoo today. Couldn't pick a single fault with the coach trip. We had a brilliant first trip to Scarborough and are already looking to book Family Outings North East again. It was... super easy and stress free to book and any questions I had (and I did have quite a few lol) were answered almost immediately. we have just returned from Edinburgh Market. can not recommend enough. from start to finish it was enjoyable. Well... organised good comincation. the coach and hotel was lovely. our tour guide who's name I don't remember Lindsey I think (sorry) was lovley and professional, provided children with colouring packs. films for us all to watch. and was always checking everyone was OK. we hit a few problems out of there control like the sat Nav sending us to a back street and the coach not starting. But Chris our driver handled it all amazingly. we will definitely be booking again.read more

Gave... everyone maps, travel advice recommendations etc. Hotel was a two minute walk from a train station so really easy to get around if you didn’t use the free shuttle service. We’ve Just been on our first trip with you guys, and had a fantastic time in Edinburgh. We started the holiday season... as soon as we arrived with a obligatory cup of mulled wine at the Christmas Markets 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿 We want to say huge thank you to the staff especially the hostess, The drivers and the team the for looking after us all, and going above and beyond! The service on board was great, and we absolutely the touch of putting on Christmas movies🎄whilst service hit drinks like a hot chocolate. The seats were really comfy and even had USB for phone connection. We’ve been on a far few coach trips, and I have to say these might have been our favourite bus to date! 🚌 We will be back very soon on another trip. Went on my first ever family outings trip on the 27th of November to Edinburgh. The lovely Laura made our journey there... and back so comfortable with her sense of humour and such lovely nature. It was lovely to see that both she and the drivers clearly enjoy their jobs as they were upbeat and smiley throughout the whole journey. The recent storm caused a little disruption but Laura made sure that we were all comfortable and gave constant reassurance of routes and timings along with regular offers of refreshments and xmas movies to watch. Thank you for a lovely day trip to flamingoland yesterday! The bus trip was so relaxing and enjoyable. Family outings... put my mind at ease prior to the trip due to negative comments regarding flamingoland, which was then eased by flamingoland yesterday. Yes the queus are long for most rides which is understandable due to the holidays, my family only went on kids rides due to health/age reasons, but even so there was lots to do in alternative. Looking to hopefully book our next trip!read more

we have done 2 trips in the last few weeks blackpool then the alton towers /thorpe park. kids thoroughly enjoyed both.... couldnt recommend them more . staff really helpful and informative and just genuinely nice. we used to use national holidays but will be using these instead. even having to get to stockton fir pick up from where we live in newto aycliffe is worthwhe. thank you all amd we look forward to many more tripsread more

Got back last from a the Cadbury’s world an safari wow was amazing Really good rates compared to others. Hotel was... really nice comfy beds breakfast was good. What a FANTASTIC day!!! We were greeted and welcomed on board by Terry and were instantly made to feel comfortable and... important (a guest, not a number). The celebrations on board exceeded expectation and the cupcakes were a thoughtful touch for us - thank you, we really enjoyed them! Nothing was too much trouble and Terry was on hand to help whenever we needed. The coach was spick and span and had everything we needed. Arriving at Chester Zoo ran smoothly. It was very well organised from start... to finish and terry could not do enough for you, running up and down the coach supplying hot drinks and water. Joined Terry on a trip to manchester Christmas Markets yesterday and it was a fab trip! We had quite a few issues with our... apartments over the first few days (havens fault) but Terry helped us with our issues and nothing was to much trouble.
