We are getting a lot of questions about the Coronavirus outbreak and after doing some work behind the scenes and working with our suppliers we can confirm the following.

All touch points will be cleaned with antibacterial spray on the morning of departure to reduce the risk of any contamination from a previous trip & also throughout the day.

Trips will ONLY be cancelled if the destination is closed.  In the event a trip is cancelled due to a destination being closed another date for the trip will be offered OR a full refund offered.

Cancellation by customers will continue to operate within our terms and conditions as follows (DAY TRIPS ONLY):

  • 10+ days notice –  With more than 10 days notice a full refund will be given minus the set deposit amount for that trip.  (deposit amount is never refundable).
  • 9-4 Days before the scheduled event/transport a 50% refund is available of the overall amount due.  It is NOT 50% of the amount paid upon requested date of refund.
  • No refund will be offered 3 days or less before the scheduled event/transport.

If you would like to be protected outside of our terms and conditions we recommend purchasing coach travel insurance which can be found online through Google (we are not qualified to advise on specific policies so please ensure you are covered if YOU contract Coronavirus and are unable to travel).

We would like to thank our suppliers Compass Royston & Holiday Inn Express for relaxing their cancellation policies as we all work together to provide amazing days out for families in the North East.

Book in confidence with us!!

Overnight trips have specific terms & conditions per trip.  As a general rule there will be a penalty for cancellations if a customer cancels within 1 month.
